The research in the LNRR (kimbg lab) is to develop new therapeutic modalities enabling to repair injured neural connections and to regain neurological functions lost due to CNS injuries such as stroke and trauma. In order to achieve this ultimate goal, we are actively studying mechanisms related to degeneration and regeneration in various CNS injury models.
